Parkway Lounge-Oakland

Located next to the Parkway Theater-no relation-the parkway lounge is a small local bar.  I've been there once before, Tom had not been there before.  Just like the last time I was there, there weren't any people in the bar.  It has a pool table, some draught specials and the low lighting that could qualify this bar as a dive.
